This custom home in Wailea combines a contemporary, minimalist aesthetic with interior finishes and decor that are comfortable, and suited to a ‘beachy’ lifestyle. Our team came on board at the start of the project and worked together with the Client and Contractor to design a layout that mimicked the natural topography of the lot, and took full advantage of the open view.

The kitchen and bathrooms all boast custom-built cabinetry and high end tile mosaics. The kitchen backsplash was selected to give a “beach glass” feel. Both the open concept living area and Master bedroom open directly out to the pool deck so that the outdoor space can be enjoyed to the fullest.

The Client for this Custom Home in Pineapple Hill, Kapalua came to us with a vision of incorporating the look of a Hamptons beach house into their new Maui abode. For us, that translated into bringing in different hues of blue, clean stripes, washed woods and fun, coastal-inspired patterns and textures. The Interior walls were all repainted to give the home a more cohesive and current palette. Wallcoverings were installed in the powder and sitting rooms. Furniture was selected not only based on style, but on practicality and comfort. The project was completed with new accessories and bedding throughout.
